(Bond No. C-144609) Owner: 6745 Darby, LLC; Surveyor: Mark Fox/Iacobellis and Associates, Inc. Fiscal Impact Statement: The City Engineer reports that the subdivider has paid a fee of $6,846.90 for the processing of this final tract map pursuant to Section 19.02(A) (2) of the Los Angeles Municipal Code. No additional City funds are needed.
