(11) 23-1124 TRADE, TRAVEL AND TOURISM COMMITTEE REPORT relative to requesting the City Attorney to amend the Living Wage Ordinance to ensure that Los Angeles Administrative Code (LAAC) Section 10.37.6(g)(3) is in compliance with the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals’ decision. Recommendation for Council action, as initiated by Motion (McOsker - Krekorian): REQUEST the Office of the City Attorney amend the Living Wage Ordinance to ensure that LAAC Section 10.37.6 (g)(3) is in compliance with the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal’s decision. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
