(24) 23-1258 COMMUNICATION FROM THE CITY ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER relative to proposed professional services agreement with the University of Southern California (USC) to provide body-worn video analytic research services with USC having agreed to donate its staff time and services equivalent to an average agreed value of $50,000 per year and with said agreement will have a term of three years.
