Recommendations for Council action: ADOPT the recommendations in Attachment A of the Chief Legislative Analyst (CLA) report, dated October 16, 2023, attached to the Council file. INSTRUCT the CLA to report on Redistricting for the Los Angeles Unified School District. Fiscal Impact Statement: None submitted by the CLA. The City Administrative Officer has not completed a financial analysis of this report.
