Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the final map of Tract No. 71061, located at 7901 Beverly Boulevard, westerly of Fairfax Avenue and accompanying Subdivision Improvement Agreement and Contract with security documents. (Bond No. C-144636) Owner: B & F Associates, A Limited Partner: Surveyor: Mark Fox/Iacobellis & Associates, Inc. Fiscal Impact Statement: The City Engineer reports that the subdivider has paid a fee of $9,064 for the processing of this final tract map pursuant to Section 19.02(A)(2) of the Los Angeles Municipal Code. No additional City funds are needed.
