Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the final map of Tract No. 73981, located at 3545 West Wilshire Boulevard (3559-3551 West Wilshire Boulevard, 601, 611, 619, 627, and 645 South Ardmore Avenue),  and accompanying Subdivision Improvement Agreement and Contract with security documents. (Bond No. C-144635) Owner: 3545 Wilshire, LLC: Surveyor: Kurt R. Troxell Fiscal Impact Statement: The City Engineer reports that the subdivider has paid a fee of $14,740 for the processing of this final tract map pursuant to Section 19.02(A)(2) of the Los Angeles Municipal Code. No additional City funds are needed.
