(Bond No. C-144652) Owner: AMCAL Washington Fund, LP; Surveyor: Armando Dupont Fiscal Impact Statement: The City Engineer reports that the subdivider has paid a fee of $13,640 for the processing of this final tract map pursuant to Section 19.02(B) (3) of the Los Angeles Municipal Code. No additional City funds are needed.
