(25) 21-1188-S4 COMMUNICATION FROM THE CITY ATTORNEY relative to a request for appropriations for outside counsel, Beveridge & Diamond (Contract No. 139942). Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: APPROVE a third contract amendment with Beveridge & Diamond (Contract No. 139942) for an increased contract ceiling amount of $4.7 million. Bureau of Sanitation (BOS) will pay for this third amended contract from BOS special funds, and BOS supports this recommendation. AUTHORIZE the City Attorney, or designee, to prepare Controller instructions for any necessary technical adjustments, subject to the approval of the City Administrative Officer, and authorize the Controller to implement the instructions.
