(1) 22-1401 CD 15 MOTION (McOSKER - RAMAN) and RESOLUTION relative to the issuance of one or more series of revenue bonds or notes in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $8,000,000 for the acquisition of, construction, improvement and equipping of a 25-unit multifamily rental housing facility to be located at 9502 Compton Avenue in Council District 15. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: HOLD a Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982 (TEFRA) Hearing at the City Council Meeting to be held on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. in City Hall, 200 North Spring Street, Room 340, Los Angeles, California 90012.
