(14) 12-0460-S7 CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION FROM THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA) PURSUANT TO CEQA GUIDELINES, SECTIONS 15061(B)(3) AND 15378(B)(5), AND RELATED CEQA FINDINGS; COMMUNICATION FROM THE LOS ANGELES CITY PLANNING COMMISSION(LACPC) relative to a proposed Redevelopment Plan Procedures Reinstatement Ordinance amending the Processes and Procedures Ordinance (Ordinance No. 187,712) to reinstate Section 11.5.14 (Redevelopment Plan Procedures) in Chapter 1 of the Los Angeles Municipal Code, remove references to the North Hollywood and Chinatown Redevelopment Plans that have expired, and make minor technical modifications.
