(21) 11-1220-S11 RESOLUTION (KREKORIAN - BLUMENFIELD) relative to funding for the Los Angeles Development Fund (LADF), a non-profit Community Development Entity, to apply for and manage an allocation of New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) on behalf of the City. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: RESOLVE that the City of Los Angeles hereby: Certifies its support of the LADF’s 2023 application for a NMTC allocation. Certifies that it is the Controlling Entity of the LADF. Authorizes the City Clerk to sign the application on behalf of the Controlling Entity. Resolution (Krekorian - Blumenfield) dated 11-29-23
