(3) 15-0460-S1 CD 11 TRADE, TRAVEL AND TOURISM COMMITTEE REPORT relative to Fiscal Year 2024 Annual Planning Report for the Pacific Palisades 2021-2030 (Property Based) Business Improvement District (BID). Recommendations for Council action: FIND that: The FY 2023 Annual Planning Report for the Pacific Palisades 2021-2030 (Property-Based) BID, attached to the City Clerk report dated November 23, 2022, attached to the Council file, complies with the requirements of the State Law. The increase in the 2023 budget concurs with the intentions of the Pacific Palisades 2021-2030 (Property-Based) BID's Management District Plan and does not adversely impact the benefits received by assessed property owners. ADOPT said FY 2023 Annual Planning Report for the Pacific Palisades 2021-2030 (Property-Based) BID, pursuant to the State Law. Fiscal Impact Statement: The City Clerk reports that there is no impact to the General Fund associated with this action.
