(19) 23-1430 CD 15 MOTION (McOSKER - LEE) relative to funding for a hazmat survey and abatement work at the Warner Grand Theatre in San Pedro. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $38,719 from the AB 1290 Fund No. 53P, Account No. 281215 (CD 15 Redevelopment Projects - Services) to the General Services Fund No. 100/40, as follows: $24,238 to Account No. 001014 (Salaries - Construction) and $14,481 to Account No. 003180 (Construction Materials) for a hazmat survey and abatement work at the Warner Grand Theatre in San Pedro. AUTHORIZE the Department of General Services to make any corrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund transfer instructions, including any new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any corrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said corrections / clarifications / changes may be made orally, electronically or by any other means.
