(24) 23-1438 CD 7 MOTION (RODRIGUEZ - BLUMENFIELD) relative to funding for completing a Phase 2 Environmental Analysis and related testing/sampling for the City-owned property located at 10702 North Sharp Avenue in Council District Seven. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $150,000 in the AB1290 Fund No. 53P, Account No. 281207 (CD 7 Redevelopment Projects - Services) to the Integrated Solid Waste Management Trust Fund No. 556/50, Revenue Source No. 5693 (Additional Interfund Transfer - Other Funds) for completing a Phase 2 Environmental Analysis and related testing/sampling for the City-owned property located at 10702 North Sharp Avenue, Los Angeles. AUTHORIZE the Board of Public Works and/ or the Bureau of Sanitation to make any corrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund transfer instructions, including any new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any corrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said corrections / clarifications / changes may be made orally, electronically or by any other means.
