(6) 23-0311 HOUSING AND HOMELESSNESS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to the Preservation Program. Recommendations for Council action: INSTRUCT the Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD) to report to Council with a spending plan for an expanded preservation program to be implemented upon availability of resources. INSTRUCT the LAHD to report back on additional instances where properties are at risk of the loan being paid off early and the affordability covenants terminated. Fiscal Impact Statement: The LAHD reports that there is no impact to the General Fund.
