(19) 17-0198-S1 CD 8 GOVERNMENT OPERATIONS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to a lease agreement with the State of California Employment Development Department on behalf of Destination Crenshaw, a non-profit organization, for the State-owned parking lot located at 5401 Crenshaw Boulevard, Los Angeles, California 90043 for the remaining term of up to one year. Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Harris-Dawson – Park): AUTHORIZE and INSTRUCT the Department of General Services to assume the existing no-cost lease agreement with the State of California Employment Development Department on behalf of Destination Crenshaw, a non-profit organization, for the State-owned parking lot located at 5401 Crenshaw Boulevard, Los Angeles, California 90043 for the remaining term of up to one year. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
