(25) 24-0011-S2 CD 5 MOTION (YAROSLAVSKY - HERNANDEZ) relative to funding for continued community clean up services by the Los Angeles Conservation Corps, for an additional twelve-month period, in Council District Five. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $390,000 in the Council District 5 portion of the Street Furniture Revenue Fund No. 43D/50, to the Public Works Fund No. 100/74, Account No. 003040 (Contractual Services) to be used for continued community clean up services by the Los Angeles Conservation Corps, for an additional twelve-month period, in Council District Five. INSTRUCT and AUTHORIZE the Board of Public Works, Office of Community Beautification to prepare, process and execute the necessary document(s) or agreement(s) with the Los Angeles Conservation Corps, or any other agency or organization, as appropriate, in the above amount, for the above purpose, subject to the approval of the City Attorney as to form, if needed. AUTHORIZE the Department of Public Works to make any corrections, clarifications, or revisions to the above fund transfer instructions, including any new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion.
