(1) 21-0065 ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE REPORT and ORDINANCE FIRST CONSIDERATION relative to amending Sections 13.25, 13.25.1, and 13.26 of Article 7, Chapter 1, Division 13 of the Los Angeles Administrative Code (LAAC) to increase the utility or pipeline franchise application deposit from $6,000 to $10,000. Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: PRESENT and ADOPT the accompanying ORDINANCE, dated June 12, 2023, amending Sections 13.25, 13.25.1, and 13.26 of Article 7, Chapter 1, Division 13 of the LAAC to increase the utility or pipeline franchise application deposit from $6,000 to $10,000.
