(22) 24-0102 CD 14 MOTION (DE LEON - PARK) relative to compiling petitions to establish the Little Tokyo Business Improvement (BID) that will serve the community by providing such services as corridor clean up, graffiti removal, landscaping, and beautification. Recommendations for Council action: INSTRUCT the City Clerk, or designee, to sign the petition for the City-owned parcels included in the Little Tokyo BID. AUTHORIZE the City Clerk to make any changes or adjustments to the above instructions in order to effectuate the intent of the Motion. Motion (de Leon - Park) dated 1-30-24
