(7) 23-1397 HOUSING AND HOMELESSNESS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to authorizing the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) to use Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) funds for resident services programs at various HACLA public housing developments for Calendar Years 2024 through 2026. Recommendation for Council action: AUTHORIZE the HACLA to use PILOT funds for resident services programs for Calendar Years 2024 through 2026, including jobs for youth, recreation and education programs, computer learning center services, and security camera maintenance at various public housing developments, as detailed in the December 5, 2023 HCLA report, attached to Council file No. 23-1397. Fiscal Impact Statement: None submitted by HACLA. Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
