(13) 24-0034 BUDGET, FINANCE, AND INNOVATION COMMITTEE REPORT relative to the practices of other municipalities’ settlement policies and structures. Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (McOsker - Blumenfield – Park): REQUEST the City Attorney, with assistance from the Chief Legislative Analyst (CLA), to report to Council in 45 days on the practices of other municipalities’ settlement policies and structures. The report should be specific to approaches that these municipalities have taken to ensure compliance with existing fiscal policies. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the CLA has completed a financial analysis of this report.
