(20) 24-0025 The Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Linda Kohn Sherwood v. City of Los Angeles, et al.,  Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 22STCV16908. (This matter arises from a trip and fall incident that occurred on February 12, 2022, near the corner of Prosser Avenue and Thayer Avenue, in the City of Los Angeles.)
