(7) 23-1278 CD 15 GOVERNMENT OPERATIONS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to a no-cost License Agreement with the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) to utilize and maintain the City-owned property located at 2254 East 103rd Street as a community garden referred to as the "I Heart Watts Garden". Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (McOsker - Hutt): INSTRUCT the Department of General Services, with the assistance of the City Attorney, to negotiate a no-cost License Agreement with HACLA, for the use of the City-owned property located at 2254 East 103rd Street, Watts, California 90002 (APN 6066-015-900, Lots 479 and 480) for the management and operation of the “I Heart Watts Garden”. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
