(11) 24-0010-S2 MOTION (RODRIGUEZ - PADILLA) relative to an offer of reward for information leading to the identification, apprehension, and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the death of Francisco Garcia on January 12, 2024. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: PROVIDE an offer reward in the amount of $50,000 for information leading to the identification, apprehension, and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the death of Francisco Garcia on January 12, 2024. FIND that the subject reward complies with the provisions of Chapter 12, Article 1, Division 19, of the Los Angeles Administrative Code.
