(1) 24-0179 CD 11 MOTION (PARK - BLUMENFIELD) and RESOLUTION relative to the issuance of revenue bonds or notes, to finance and/or refinance the acquisition, construction, improvement, renovation, furnishing and equipping of the educational facilities located at 5340 Alla Road in Council District 11. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: CONSIDER the results of the Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982 (TEFRA) public hearing held on February 15, 2024 for the educational facilities located at 5340 Alla Road in Council District 11. ADOPT the accompanying TEFRA RESOLUTION, attached to the Council file, to allow the California Municipal Finance Authority to issue bonds in an amount not to exceed $90,000,000 to provide financing and refinancing for the acquisition, construction, improvement, renovation, furnishing and equipping of the educational facilities located at 5340 Alla Road in Council District 11.
