(33) 23-0732-S1 CD 8 MOTION (HUTT for HARRIS-DAWSON - HERNANDEZ) relative to extending the term of the contract with Jemmott Rollins Group (C-139539) regarding the implementation of a Community Grants Program from December 31, 2023 to March 31, 2024. Recommendation for Council action: AUTHORIZE the City Clerk to take the actions needed to extend the term of the contract with Jemmott Rollins Group (C-139539) relative to the implementation of a Community Grants Program from December 31, 2023 to March 31, 2024. The extension is necessary for the contractor to continue the work as agreed upon in the original contract, and additional funds are not required for this extension.
