(4) 24-0056 PERSONNEL, AUDITS, AND HIRING COMMITTEE REPORT and ORDINANCE FIRST CONSIDERATION relative to amending Schedule A of Section 4.61 of the Los Angeles Administrative Code (LAAC) to reflect class title changes approved by the Civil Service Commission for various positions.  Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: PRESENT and ADOPT the accompanying ORDINANCE, dated November 13, 2023, and approved as to form and legality by the City Attorney, to amend Schedule A of LAAC Section 4.61 to reflect class title changes approved by the Civil Service Commission. AUTHORIZE the Controller and the City Administrative Officer (CAO) to correct any clerical or technical errors in the above Ordinance. Fiscal Impact Statement: The CAO reports that no additional costs are associated with the class title changes approved by the Civil Service Commission.
