(2) 24-0107 CD 11 HEARING COMMENTS relative to an Application for Determination of Public Convenience or Necessity for the sale of alcoholic beverages for both on-site and off-site consumption at Thatcher's LLC, located at 11718 San Vicente Boulevard (11714, 11716, 11718 San Vicente Boulevard). Recommendations for Council action: DETERMINE that the issuance of a liquor license at Thatcher's LLC, located at 11718 San Vicente Boulevard (11714, 11716, 11718 San Vicente Boulevard), will serve the Public Convenience or Necessity and will not tend to create a law enforcement problem. GRANT the Application for Determination of Public Convenience or Necessity for the sale of alcoholic beverages for both on-site and off-site consumption at Thatcher's LLC, located at 11718 San Vicente Boulevard (11714, 11716, 11718 San Vicente Boulevard).  INSTRUCT the City Clerk to transmit this determination to the State Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control as required findings under Business and Professions Code Section 23958.4.
