(15) 18-0384-S5 ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE REPORT and ORDINANCE FIRST CONSIDERATION relative to authorizing the Department of Public Works to use the design-build project delivery method and the competitive sealed proposal selection process consistent with City Charter Section 371(b) for Measure W - Safe, Clean Water Program projects.
