Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the LAHD report recommendation dated March 7, 2024, attached to the Council file, and ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTION removing the property at 1528 West Sunset Boulevard (Case No. 787178), Assessor I.D. No. 5404-020-002, from the REAP. Fiscal Impact Statement: None submitted by the LAHD.
