(9) 24-0112 CD 15 CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION and COMMUNICATION FROM THE BOARD OF HARBOR COMMISSIONERS and ORDINANCE FIRST CONSIDERATION relative to Port of Los Angeles (POLA) Resolution No. 23-10229 and proposed Permanent Order No. 23-7350 amending POLA Tariff No. 4, to revise Section 6, "Passenger Fees", Item 600, to implement a five-year rate schedule with an annual three percent rate increase, effective July 1, 2024.
