(17) 24­0220 The Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section No. 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Manuel Sifuentes v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 20STCV33180. (This matter arises from a bicycle fall incident on October 3, 2019, at 12th Street and Union Avenue, in Los Angeles.)
