2.N. AMENDMENT NO. 5 TO THE AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES WITH\nWESTERN AUDIO VISUAL [L. QUIJANO, E. TSIPIS, K. DEVINE]:\nThe City Council will consider amending the agreement with Western Audio\nVisual for teleconferencing equipment installation and maintenance services in\nCity conference rooms.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 5 to the agreement for\nservices with Western Audio Visual to increase the amount of the agreement\nby $100,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $298,000 to cover the cost of\nthe Audio Visual Equipment upgrades; and 2) Authorize the City Manager or\ndesignee to execute documents incident to this Lease Agreement.\nSTAFF REPORT
