(21) 23­0025­S1 CD 14 HOUSING AND HOMELESSNESS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to amending the residential ground lease agreement (Contract No. C­ 144876) for the First Street North A (FSN­A) Affordable Housing Development Project located on the City­owned property at 232 North Judge John Aiso Street in Council District 14. Recommendation for Council action: AUTHORIZE the General Manager, Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD), or designee, to amend the FSN­A Ground Lease Agreement (City Contract No. C­144876) for the First Street North A (FSN­A) Affordable Housing Development Project located on the City­owned property at 232 North Judge John Aiso Street in Council District 14 to reflect the Project’s revised unit mix; and, amend the Key Terms and Conditions and other related documents as necessary to effectuate this revision. Fiscal Impact Statement: The LAHD reports that there is no impact on the General Fund.
