Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: AMEND the Council action of November 28, 2023 regarding the 2023­24 CPR and Addendum (Council file No. 23­0842­S1) to adopt the revised instructions, attached to the Motion, in lieu of the corresponding projects in the City Administrative Officer's report, dated October 23, 2023; consistent with the 49th Program Year Consolidated Plan reprogramming actions (Council file No. 22­1205­S2), as noted in the attachment and table referenced in Motion (Soto­Martinez ­ Padilla).
