Los Angeles Police Department, et al., United States District Court Case No. 8:20­CV­02190­FLA (JDEx). (This matter arises out of claims that the Los Angeles Police Department infringed plaintiff’s First Amendment rights.) (Budget, Finance and Innovation Committee considered this matter on March 20, 2024.)
