(45) 24­0260 The Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section No. 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Dexter Hubert White v. City of Los Angeles, et al., United States District Court Case No. CV19­00243 DDP (RAOx). (This matter arises from an incident involving members of the Los Angeles Police Department that occurred on July 11, 2018.) (Budget, Finance and Innovation Committee considered this matter on March 20, 2024.)
