(23) 24­0262 The Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section No. 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Vladimir Labissiere v. City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 21STCV22692. (This matter arises from a traffic accident in which plaintiff was struck by a parking enforcement officer on July 30, 2020. The incident occurred near the intersection of Larchmont Boulevard and Rosewood Avenue.) (Budget, Finance and Innovation Committee considered this matter on March 20, 2024.)
