City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles case entitled Ben Katz v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 21STCV11397. (This matter arises from a June 19, 2020 incident involving an alleged defect in a crosswalk at Santa Monica Boulevard and Westwood Boulevard in the City of Los Angeles.) (Budget, Finance and Innovation Committee considered this matter on March 20, 2024.)
