(25) 22­1226 PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE relative to a proposed ordinance amending Articles 1, 1.2, 1.5, 4 and 9 of Chapter IX of the Los Angeles Municipal Code (LAMC) to correct technical and clerical errors and omissions found in Ordinance 187719. Recommendation for Council: REQUEST the City Attorney to prepare and present an Ordinance amending Articles 1, 1.2, 1.5, 4 and 9 of Chapter IX of the LAMC to correct technical and clerical errors and omissions found in Ordinance 187719; and, include the following technical amendment submitted by the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety (LADBS): Wednesday Remove- April 17, 2024 the term - 'General Approval' fromPAGE LAMC34 Section 98.0501(a). the Los Angeles Municipal Code (LAMC) to correct technical and clerical errors and omissions found in Ordinance 187719. Recommendation for Council: REQUEST the City Attorney to prepare and present an Ordinance amending Articles 1, 1.2, 1.5, 4 and 9 of Chapter IX of the LAMC to correct technical and clerical errors and omissions found in Ordinance 187719; and, include the following technical amendment submitted by the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety (LADBS): Remove the term 'General Approval' from LAMC Section 98.0501(a). Fiscal Impact Statement: None submitted by the LADBS. Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
