9)\nAgreement with Caliba, Inc. for the Bid Set ‘A’ Concrete, Framing, Roofing,\nExterior Doors, Widows, and Cement Plaster/Brick, Bid Set ‘A’, on the City\nLibrary Project (CIP Project No. Z20003)\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute a Public Works Construction\nAgreement with Caliba, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $4,831,134.59 for concrete,\nframing, roofing, exterior doors, widows, and cement plaster/brick, Bid Set ‘A’, on the\nnew City Library Project in such final form as approved by the City Attorney, authorize\nthe City Manager to execute change orders not to exceed a 10% contingency amount\nof $483,113.00, and authorize the City Clerk to record the Notice of Completion once\nwork is completed.
