16)\nAgreement with Great Western Installations, Inc. for Citywide Park Roll Coats\nand Surfacing\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute a Contractor Services Agreement\nwith Great Western Installations, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $100,730.00 for\nCitywide Park Roll Coats and Surfacing in such final form as approved by the City\nAttorney and authorize the City Manager to execute change orders not to exceed a\n10% contingency of $10,073.00, and authorize City Clerk to record the Notice of\nCompletion once it is determined the work is complete and the improvements are\naccepted.
