(23) 22­1566 PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE REPORT relative to the fiscal impact to prepare and adopt a climate action and adaptation plan (CAAP), and related matters. Recommendation for Council action: INSTRUCT the City Administrative Officer (CAO) to identify funding, approximately $1.5 million, for the creation of a CAAP that relies primarily on outside consultant expertise to develop the CAAP. Fiscal Impact Statement: The CAO reports that there is no fiscal impact as a result of the recommendation to note and file the CAO report dated March 11, 2024, attached to the Council file.
