(27) 240360 CDs 6, 11 ADMINISTRATIVE EXEMPTION and TRADE, TRAVEL AND TOURISM COMMITTEE REPORT relative to 15 proposed fiveyear Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs), each with two oneyear renewal options, covering oncall program services supporting Los Angeles World Airports’ (LAWA) Capital Improvement Plan and other key initiatives at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Van Nuys Airport (VNY), and Palmdale (PMD) Landholdings. Recommendations for Council action: 1. ADOPT the determination by the Board of Airport Commissioners (Board) that the proposed action is administratively exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article II, Section 2(f) of the City of Los Angeles CEQA Guidelines. 2. APPROVE award of 15 fiveyear MATOCs, each with two oneyear renewal options, to provide highly specialized oncall program services supporting LAWA’s Capital Improvement Plan and other key initiatives at LAX, VNY, and PMD Landholdings to the following consultants: a. CONCUR with the Board’s action on February 15, 2024, by Resolution 27907, authorizing the Chief Executive Officer, LAWA, or designee, to execute said 15 fiveyear MATOCs. Fiscal Impact Statement: The City Administrative Officer reports that approval of the proposed MATOCs for program services on an asneeded basis for five years, plus two oneyear renewal options, with the 15 firms identified herein will have no impact on the City’s General Fund. The total contract value distributed across the 15 contracts is for an amount notto exceed $950 million. The LAWA may use a combination of operating and capital funds to pay for costs incurred for the proposed contracts and related task orders. The recommendations in the report comply with the LAWA’s adopted Financial Policies.
