(50) 13­0347­S1 MOTION (DE LEON ­ LEE) relative to reactivating and restoring Council Friday - Aprilregarding file No. 13­0347­S1, 26, 2024 -the matter of vacation proceedings PAGE 52 for the funding as set forth above. 3. AUTHORIZE the Bureau of Street Services, as well as the Department of Public Works, Office of Accounting, to make any technical corrections or clarifications as necessary to the above instructions in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion. (50) 13­0347­S1 MOTION (DE LEON ­ LEE) relative to reactivating and restoring Council file No. 13­0347­S1, regarding the matter of vacation proceedings for the L­shaped alley north of Olympic Boulevard and west of Mateo Street in Council District 14, to its most recent legislative status. Recommendation for Council action: REACTIVATE the matter of vacation proceedings for the L­shaped alley north of Olympic Boulevard and west of Mateo Street and RESTORE to its most recent legislative status as of the date of the file’s expiration.
