(55) 24­0402 CD 15 CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION (McOSKER – LEE) relative to effectuating the abatement of Public Nuisance of the property located at 2729 South Dennison Avenue due to the presence of excessive trash and debris, storage of junk, and inoperable vehicles. Recommendation for Council action: RESOLVE, pursuant to Section 7.35.2(c) of the Los Angeles Administrative Code (LAAC), to: a. Declare the property located at 2729 South Dennison Avenue (APN 7465013015) a Public Nuisance as the result of the presence of excessive trash and debris, storage of junk, and inoperable vehicles. b. Direct the Board of Public Works (BPW) to expedite the issuances of appropriate notices and documentation that may be necessary to effectuate the abatement of the nuisance at 2729 South Dennison Avenue. c. Direct the BPW, or its designees, to proceed with the abatement process, as may be necessary, and, pursuant to Section 7.35.3 of the LAAC, invoice the property owner(s) for all and any abatement Friday - Aprilby costs incurred 26, the2024 City.- PAGE 56 b.
