(3) 23­0002­S88 RULES, ELECTIONS AND INTERGOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS COMMITTEE REPORT and RESOLUTION relative to including in the City’s 2023­24 Federal Legislative Program support for the permanent protections of the San Gabriel Mountains Foothills and Rivers with federal designations and/or the use of Presidential authority under the Antiquities Act, that enhance health, air quality, water supply and water quality, recreational opportunities, and the quality of life for the residents of Los Angeles.
