(26) 18 0849 CD 9 MOTION (PRICE ­ PARK) and RESOLUTION relative to the issuance of Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds to finance the new construction of the 35­unit multifamily housing development known as Broadway Apartments (Project) located at 301 West 49th Street in Council District (CD) 9. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1.  CONSIDER the results of the Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982 (TEFRA) public hearing held on June 7, 2024 for the Project, attached to the Motion. 2.  ADOPT the TEFRA RESOLUTION, attached to the Motion, approving the issuance of bonds in an amount not to exceed $8,720,000 for the construction of a 35­unit multifamily housing Project located at 301 West 49th Street in CD 9.
