(6) 23­0002­S102 CDs 6, 7 RULES, ELECTIONS AND INTERGOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS COMMITTEE REPORT and RESOLUTION relative to including in the City’s 2023­24 State Legislative Program support for Senate Bill (SB) 1193 (Menjivar), which would prohibit the sale of leaded aviation gasoline by January 1, 2030, at the latest. Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Resolution (Rodriguez – Padilla – Krekorian), SUBJECT TO THE CONCURRENCE OF THE MAYOR: RESOLVE to include in the City’s 2023­24 State Legislative Program SUPPORT for SB 1193 (Menjivar), which would prohibit the sale of leaded aviation gasoline by January 1, 2030, at latest. Fiscal Impact Statement: None submitted by the Chief Legislative Analyst. The City Administrative Officer has not completed a financial analysis of this report.
