(9) 23­0002­S111 RULES, ELECTIONS AND INTERGOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS COMMITTEE REPORT and RESOLUTION relative to including in its 2023­ 24 Federal Legislative Program support for HR 7018 (Lieu), the Glue Trap Prohibition Act of 2024, which would prohibit the sale and use of glue traps. Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Resolution (Blumenfield – Hernandez), SUBJECT TO THE CONCURRENCE OF THE MAYOR RESOLVE to include in the City’s 2023­24 Federal Legislative Program SUPPORT for HR 7018 (Lieu), the Glue Trap Prohibition Act of 2024, which would prohibit the sale and use of glue traps.
